At the July Meeting
The Insurance agenda was the primary topic and was voted on and approved and a check was issued.
A motion to remove and replace the current president was made and seconded.A vote was held and carried so members the position of Club President is vaccant and anyone wishing to apply or nominate someone is asked to attend the next meeting on Aug 4th 2008.
The positions of Board Member will also be a item of business at the Aug 4th meeting
Members please if at all possible please plan to attend the next meeting and voice your opinion / desires , as well as your interests in holding a position with the club and the clubs future.
Membership renewal and dues will collected at the next meeting so please bring them with you.
Members to hold a position as an officer or board member you must be a current member and your dues paid to date.
Members also remember that to be a member and take part on any and all club rides and to ride on the club trail you must have current insurance and registraion.
